Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026 · Operated by Thatgood Ltd

We've written these in plain English on purpose. If anything isn't clear, just get in touch and we'll explain it.

1. Who we are

PitchKitty is a trading name of Thatgood Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no: 05133569). Our registered office is Southern Studios, 20 Southern Road, Thame OX9 2EP. VAT no: 905772611.

When we say "PitchKitty", "we", "us" or "our", we mean Thatgood Ltd.

You can contact us via our contact form.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to:

  • Organisers – treasurers, club admins, or anyone creating a payment request
  • Players – anyone paying through a PitchKitty link

By using PitchKitty, you agree to these terms.

If you're an organiser, you confirm you have permission to collect money on behalf of your club or team.

3. What PitchKitty does

PitchKitty lets organisers create a payment link and share it with their squad. Players use the link to pay, and the money is sent to the organiser's connected account.

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe is a regulated payment processor. You can view their terms at stripe.com/gb/legal.

4. Fees

PitchKitty charges a small fee per transaction, paid by the player. The organiser always receives the full amount requested.

The fee varies depending on payment method and amount, and is always shown clearly before payment is confirmed. There are no hidden charges.

For current fees, see our FAQ.

5. Money & payouts

Stripe holds funds for up to 7 days for security and fraud prevention before releasing them to your account. In most cases, payments are released within this period.

Once funds are available and your balance meets the minimum payout threshold, they are paid out automatically to your bank account.

If a player disputes a payment (a chargeback), Stripe may temporarily hold or reverse funds while the issue is investigated. To reduce disputes, organisers should only collect money for clear and legitimate purposes.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the organiser who collected the payment.

If you think you've been charged incorrectly, contact the organiser first. If you can't resolve it, get in touch and we'll help where we can.

PitchKitty's transaction fee is non-refundable once a payment has been processed.

7. Responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for:

  • Only collecting money for legitimate club or team purposes
  • Clearly explaining what players are paying for
  • Handling disputes with players fairly
  • Ensuring they have permission to collect money on behalf of their club

We may suspend accounts if we believe they are being misused.

8. Account & security

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately.
